A taper grid coupling, also known as a grid coupling, is a mechanical device used to connect two shafts in order to transmit torque and motion between them. It consists of three main components: two hubs and a flexible grid. The hubs are attached to the shafts to be connected, while the flexible grid is inserted between them to transmit torque.
