To solve this problem, try updating your Instagram app. Usually, an outdated Instagram version stops working after it loses its compatibility with your device because a new version is developed to work better. So if your Instagram feed not updating, open Play Store or Apple Store on your smartphone and search Instagram. When it opens, look for update option – tap it if it shows Update. Wait till the update and the installation is complete and try loading the Instagram feed again.
