Zhewitra 40 mg is marketed as a vardenafil product, and vardenafil can help older men with erectile dysfunction when it is medically appropriate. Clinical trials of vardenafil found similar effectiveness in men aged 65 and older compared with younger men, although older men may have higher drug levels and greater sensitivity to side effects. Never combine it with nitrate medicines for chest pain. Seek urgent help for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
