Vriligy 60 mg contains dapoxetine and can generally be taken with or without food. Even a high-fat meal does not significantly change the overall absorption of dapoxetine, although it may slightly delay its peak effect. SafeCare Australia +1 After a normal meal: Generally fine. After a heavy or fatty meal: It may take slightly longer to reach peak blood levels. On an empty stomach: Also acceptable, but take it with a full glass of water. Alcohol: Avoid it, as it can increase dizziness Vriligy 60mg the risk of fainting. MHRA Products +1 The usual prescribed timing is 1–3 hours before sexual activity, and you should never take more than one dose in 24 hours. The 60 mg dose is not suitable for everyone; it is generally considered when 30 mg has not worked adequately and has been tolerated. One question: Are you asking whether eating food reduces Vriligy 60 mg's effectiveness, or whether taking it after a meal makes it work more slowly?
