A hot wire bottle cutter gives clean cuts by using a heated Kanthal wire that softens and slices through PET plastic, rather than tearing or grinding it. The bottle is held in a strong, zero-slip clamp, the wire tension is adjusted, and heat is set to low, medium, or high through a variable control with digital monitoring. Because the wire cuts the top, cylinder, and bottom sections in exact dimensions, the bottle keeps its shape without deformation.
Each section is then weighed on a digital balance for accurate section weight analysis, helping control the manufacturing process and quality.
