Waterjet Glass Cutting begins by pressurizing water to roughly 40,000–60,000 PSI. A CNC head follows the required design along the X and Y axes, producing straight lines, curves, holes, and custom outlines. For thicker, tempered, or laminated glass, fine garnet abrasive can be added. Used water and abrasive are collected in a catcher tank beneath the cutting area for easier handling and collection.
