Our AC and gas furnace were both getting old, and I wasn't keen on replacing one only to deal with the other a year later. I started looking into heat pumps because I liked the idea of having one system for cooling and heating. I contacted HVAC Installation in Los Angeles https://hvacinstallationla.com/services/heat-pump-installation/ to find out whether it would work with our house. They checked the existing setup, explained the difference between a standard heat pump and a dual-fuel option, and went over the electrical requirements. I appreciated getting a written estimate with the equipment details instead of just a rough price.
The installation was well organized, and the team checked the system before calling the job finished. They also explained the controls and discussed the paperwork involved with permits and possible utility rebates. I had a few concerns about switching away from our old setup, but the explanations made the whole thing easier to understand. Now we have one system for both heating and cooling, which is much more convenient than maintaining separate aging units. I'm glad I explored the option, and my experience with HVAC Installation in Los Angeles was a good one.
