Tadalista contains tadalafil, which should not be mixed with nitrate medicines because both can significantly lower blood pressure. Nitrates include medicines such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, and isosorbide dinitrate, commonly used for angina (chest pain). What happens when they're combined? Tadalafil increases the effects of nitric oxide/cGMP signaling, relaxing blood vessels. Nitrates also increase this pathway. Together, they can cause a sudden, potentially dangerous drop in blood pressure, which can lead to: Severe dizziness or fainting Reduced blood flow to the heart or brain Heart attack or stroke in severe cases Because tadalafil Tadalista a long time, nitrates should generally be avoided for at least 48 hours after the last tadalafil dose. If someone develops chest pain after taking tadalafil, they should tell emergency medical staff that they have taken tadalafil rather than taking nitroglycerin themselves. If you're taking a heart or blood-pressure medicine, tell me its name and dose, and I can tell you whether it is a nitrate and whether it interacts with Tadalista.
