Although PSA software and RMM tools offers a solid technical basis, it functions best when combined with a defense-in-depth strategy that considers both technology and human vulnerabilities: • Employee Security Training: Teaching employees to spot social engineering and phishing attacks before they click. • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforcing stringent access verification to prevent network breaches using stolen credentials. • Zero Trust Architecture: Implementing a "always verify, never trust" strategy for all connections, endpoints, and users. By combining these processes with active monitoring, long-term operational resilience is increased and dependency on any one instrument is decreased.
