Vidalista contains tadalafil, the same active ingredient used in Cialis. Some people should not take it at all, while others need medical advice or a lower dose. Avoid Vidalista if you: Take nitrate medicines for chest pain, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide. Combining them with tadalafil can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. D DailyMed +1 Take riociguat or another guanylate-cyclase stimulator. D DailyMed Have previously had a serious allergic reaction to tadalafil. D DailyMed Have a heart condition where sexual activity itself is considered unsafe. D DailyMed Talk to a doctor before taking it if you have: Recent heart attack or stroke Unstable angina or significant heart failure Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure Certain serious heart rhythm problems Significant kidney or liver disease Very low blood pressure A history of certain eye problems such as NAION A tendency toward prolonged erections (priapism). D DailyMed Also, alpha-blockers, blood-pressure medicines, and large amounts of alcohol can increase the risk of low blood pressure Vidalista combined with tadalafil. D DailyMed Important: If you've taken Vidalista and develop chest pain, don't take nitroglycerin yourself—seek emergency medical care and tell them you took tadalafil. Tadalafil can remain clinically relevant for at least 48 hours. D DailyMed If you tell me your age, Vidalista strength (10/20/40 mg), and the medicines you currently take, I can tell you whether there are any important interactions to be concerned about.
