Malegra DXT is commonly marketed as a combination of sildenafil and duloxetine, intended to address erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). For older men, there is no single “best” dose because the appropriate amount depends on age, overall health, other medications, kidney and liver function, and how the person responds to treatment.
Older adults may be more sensitive to medication effects, particularly dizziness, low blood pressure, and drug interactions.
