Malegra FXT is manufactured by Sunrise Remedies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian pharmaceutical company. The product is listed as containing sildenafil 100 mg + fluoxetine 40 mg; Malegra FXT Plus contains sildenafil 100 mg + fluoxetine 60 mg. Malegra FXT is a combination medicine marketed for men with erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It is commonly listed as containing: Sildenafil 100 mg — helps increase blood flow to the penis and improve erections. Fluoxetine 40 mg — an Malegra FXT antidepressant that can delay ejaculation in some men. Because it contains 100 mg sildenafil plus an antidepressant, it isn't simply a stronger version of regular Malegra. It can interact with other medicines and may cause dizziness, nausea, headache, sleep or mood changes, and blood-pressure effects. For an older man, I would not recommend taking Malegra FXT without checking his other medicines and medical conditions first. In particular, sildenafil must not be taken with nitrate heart medicines. If you tell me the man's age and what medicines he currently takes, I can check whether Malegra FXT is appropriate and compare it with Malegra 100 or Filitra 20.
