Vidalista 20 mg, it contains tadalafil 20 mg and is an as-needed ED dose for adult men. It may be appropriate for an adult man with erectile dysfunction after a clinician has determined tadalafil is safe for him. It is usually taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, and its effect can last up to 36 hours. Men who should not take it Do not take Vidalista 20 mg if you: Vidalista 20 nitrates such as nitroglycerin/GTN or isosorbide, or use “poppers.” Take riociguat. Have been advised that sexual activity is unsafe because of a serious cardiovascular condition. Have previously had a serious allergic reaction to tadalafil. Extra caution is needed with alpha-blockers, blood-pressure medicines, significant heart/liver/kidney disease, or certain interacting medications. Also, don't combine Vidalista with Cenforce/Fildena/Malegra (sildenafil) or Vilitra/Filitra (vardenafil). For many men, 10 mg is the usual starting as-needed tadalafil dose, with 20 mg used if 10 mg isn't adequate and is tolerated. If you tell me your age, whether you've used tadalafil before, and any medicines you take, I can explain whether 10 or 20 mg would generally be the safer starting point.
