Malegra 200 mg (sildenafil), I would not recommend taking it before sex without specific medical supervision. 200 mg is above the usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose of 100 mg once in 24 hours for erectile dysfunction. Taking 200 mg can substantially increase the Malegra 200 Mg of: Severe headache, flushing, or dizziness Low blood pressure or fainting Abnormal vision Rapid/irregular heartbeat Priapism (an erection lasting 4+ hours) If you already took 200 mg, don't take any more sildenafil or other ED medicines today. Avoid nitrates such as nitroglycerin, and seek urgent medical care if you develop severe dizziness/fainting, chest pain, significant vision changes, or an erection lasting 4 hours or longer.
