Hey everyone,I've been working in logistics for about four years and keep hitting the same ceiling. The next step up seems to need a proper management degree, but quitting my job for a full-time MBA isn't realistic right now.
So I've been looking into an Online MBA in Supply Chain Management. From what I've read, it takes around two years and covers procurement, inventory, logistics and analytics. Live classes are mostly on weekends or evenings, which could work with my schedule.
A few things I'm still trying to figure out:
- How do you check whether a university's online degree is properly recognised?
- Is the workload manageable alongside a full-time job?
- Did the degree actually help with promotions or a job switch?
If you've done this, or are doing it now, I'd really like to hear what it was like. Honest feedback on the good and the bad would help a lot.
Thanks in advance!
