Zudena 100 mg contains udenafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. It helps produce an erection by enhancing the body's normal erection process. Here's what happens: Sexual stimulation causes the release of nitric oxide in the penis. Nitric oxide increases cGMP, which relaxes the smooth muscle in the penile blood vessels. The relaxed vessels allow more blood to flow into the erectile tissue. Udenafil inhibits PDE-5, the enzyme that breaks down cGMP. As a result, cGMP remains active longer, helping you achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. It doesn't normally cause Zudena 100 Mg erection by itself—sexual arousal is still necessary. Because udenafil can also relax blood vessels elsewhere, it may cause headache, flushing, dizziness, or a drop in blood pressure. This is particularly relevant if you already have low BP or take other ED medicines. If you want, I can compare Zudena 100 mg (udenafil) with Viagra 100 mg (sildenafil) and Tadarise 20 mg (tadalafil) in terms of onset, duration, and blood-pressure effects.
