If Zenegra 100 mg contains sildenafil 100 mg, whether it can be taken with an antibiotic depends on which antibiotic you're taking. Some common antibiotics have little clinically important interaction with sildenafil. Erythromycin and clarithromycin can increase sildenafil levels substantially. Official prescribing information recommends considering a 25 mg starting dose, rather than 100 mg, when taking erythromycin or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. Zenegra 100 Mg Ritonavir is a particularly important interaction: sildenafil should not exceed 25 mg in a 48-hour period when used with ritonavir. D DailyMed Taking the medicines at different times does not necessarily eliminate an interaction, because some antibiotics affect how quickly sildenafil is metabolized. So I wouldn't recommend taking Zenegra 100 mg during an antibiotic course without checking the specific antibiotic. If you tell me the name and dose of the antibiotic (for example, azithromycin, amoxicillin, doxycycline, erythromycin, or clarithromycin), I can check the interaction and explain the appropriate precautions.
