Vidalista 60 mg is tadalafil. Vidalista is a brand-name product containing tadalafil, a medicine belonging to the phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor class. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection. It is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and, at approved doses, can also be used for symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Tadalafil has a relatively long duration of action compared with some other ED Vidalista 60 Mg , with effects potentially lasting up to 36 hours. It can generally be taken with or without food.
However, 60 mg is substantially higher than the usual approved as-needed tadalafil dose of 20 mg for ED. Higher doses may increase adverse effects such as headache, flushing, indigestion, back pain, dizziness, and low blood pressure. Tadalafil should never be combined with nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, because this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.
