Vidalista 60 mg is generally marketed as tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Having cancer does not automatically mean tadalafil is prohibited, but whether it is safe depends on the type of cancer, cancer treatment, cardiovascular health, and other medicines being used. The NCI notes that cancer treatments can affect sexual function and that treatment-related factors vary considerably between patients.
Importantly, VIDALISTA 60 MG is higher than the standard tadalafil strengths and usual recommended ED dosing. Current prescribing information lists 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg tablets, and tadalafil should not be taken at higher doses without specific medical supervision.
Cancer patients may be taking chemotherapy, targeted medicines, antifungals, blood-pressure medicines, or other drugs that can interact with tadalafil. In particular, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors can substantially increase tadalafil exposure and require dose limitations.
Tadalafil must not be used with nitrate medicines because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Caution is also required with alpha-blockers and some blood-pressure medicines.
Therefore, if you have cancer, do not take Vidalista 60 mg without approval from your oncologist or doctor. They should review your cancer treatment, current medications, blood pressure, and heart health before recommending tadalafil.
If you provide the type of cancer and the medicines or chemotherapy you are currently taking, I can explain the potential interaction risks.
