Duratia is marketed as dapoxetine, a medicine used to help men with premature ejaculation (PE) by increasing the time before ejaculation. However, Duratia 90 mg deserves caution: the established Duratia 90 Mg doses for PE are generally 30 mg and 60 mg, and treatment should not normally be started at 60 mg. The 60-mg dose has a higher incidence and severity of adverse effects, including dizziness and fainting.
