If you miss a dose of Tadarise 40 mg, what you should do depends on how the medicine was prescribed. Tadarise contains tadalafil, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and, in different dosing regimens, other conditions.

For as-needed ED treatment, there generally is no scheduled daily dose to make up. You simply take tadalafil when instructed before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take an extra tablet to compensate for a missed opportunity or dose.

If tadalafil has been prescribed as a regular daily treatment, take the missed dose when you remember unless it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose. If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the one you missed.

Tadalafil can remain active in the body for a relatively long time, so taking extra tablets can increase the risk of side effects. These may include headache, flushing, indigestion, back pain, dizziness, and low blood pressure.

A TADARISE 40 MG dose is higher than the usual maximum as-needed dose for erectile dysfunction, so you should follow your prescriber's instructions carefully and avoid taking additional tadalafil or other ED medicines without medical advice.

If you accidentally take more than prescribed and experience severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms, seek urgent medical attention. If you are uncertain about what to do after missing your prescribed dose, contact your doctor or pharmacist for individualized guidance.
