People with certain heart conditions should not take Super P Force unless a qualified healthcare professional specifically determines it is appropriate. Super P Force commonly contains sildenafil and dapoxetine, so its cardiovascular precautions include those associated with sildenafil. In particular, it should be avoided or medically assessed carefully by people who: Take nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide for angina. Sildenafil with nitrates can cause a potentially dangerous drop in blood pressure. Use riociguat, because combining it with sildenafil can also produce significant hypotension. Have unstable angina, active coronary ischemia, significant low blood pressure, or certain serious cardiovascular conditions where sexual activity itself may be unsafe. Take multiple blood-pressure-lowering Super P Force or medicines that can increase the risk of dizziness or fainting; medical assessment may be needed before use. If someone develops chest pain, severe dizziness, fainting, or breathing difficulty during sexual activity, they should seek urgent medical care. Important: A history of heart disease does not automatically mean every person must avoid sildenafil, but the specific heart condition and current medicines matter. A doctor should review these before Super P Force is used.
