Vriligy 60 mg contains dapoxetine, it is not considered suitable for men who already have low blood pressure or a history of fainting from low blood pressure without medical assessment. Dapoxetine can cause dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, and fainting. The risk can be higher with 60 mg: clinical data found Vriligy 60mg more frequently with 60 mg than 30 mg, and fainting has been reported, particularly during the first few hours after dosing. If your blood pressure is already low, ask your doctor before taking Vriligy 60 mg, especially if you also use blood-pressure-lowering medicines or alcohol. Take it with a full glass of water and avoid it if dehydrated.
