Kamagra Gold 100 mg is generally a sildenafil product, so having high blood pressure does not automatically make it unsafe. However, safety depends on how well the blood pressure is controlled and which medicines you take. Sildenafil can add to the blood-pressure-lowering effect of antihypertensive medicines. It must not Kamagra Gold 100mg taken with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin/GTN or isosorbide because the combination can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Extra medical review is appropriate if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, low blood pressure, recent heart attack or stroke, or significant heart disease. Because 100 mg is the maximum usual single sildenafil dose for ED, do not increase the dose on your own.
