Wormentel 1000 contains fenbendazole. Online product information commonly states that it begins affecting susceptible parasites within about 24–48 hours, while noticeable symptom improvement or complete parasite clearance can take several days, depending on the parasite and infection.

However, there is an important safety point: fenbendazole is primarily a veterinary deworming drug, and the Wormentel 1000 listings I found identify it as a fenbendazole product used for animals as well. Evidence for using fenbendazole in humans is limited, so you should not assume that 1000 mg is an appropriate human dose.

If you have already taken it, the timing of improvement depends on what you're treating. Do not take additional tablets simply because you don't feel better after 1–2 days. If you tell me what you are taking Wormentel 1000 for (e.g., suspected worms, a specific parasite, or something else), your age, and when you took the tablet, I can explain what timeframe would be expected and what symptoms would warrant medical attention.
