Tadarise 60 mg is commonly marketed as a tadalafil product. Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction, but a 60 mg strength is higher than the usual maximum recommended on-demand dose for ED. Therefore, it should not be taken unless a healthcare professional has specifically advised it.

You should avoid tadalafil if you take nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It should also be avoided if you have previously experienced a serious allergic reaction to tadalafil or any ingredient in the product.

Medical advice is particularly important if you have significant heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent heart attack or stroke, severe liver or kidney problems, or certain eye conditions. Tadalafil can interact with alpha-blockers, some antihypertensive medicines, and medicines that strongly affect liver enzymes.

Do not combine TADARISE 60 MG with other tadalafil-containing products or other ED medicines unless your doctor specifically recommends it. Avoid excessive alcohol because it can increase dizziness and low blood pressure.

Seek emergency medical attention for chest pain, fainting, sudden vision or hearing loss, difficulty breathing, or an erection lasting more than four hours.

Before using Tadarise 60 mg, check the exact ingredients and strength on the packaging and discuss them with a qualified healthcare professional.
