Hi everyone,
How do you manage vendor information when you're working with a lot of suppliers?
We’ve been looking at this recently because keeping vendor contacts, documents, contracts, purchase details, and performance records in different spreadsheets can get confusing. It also seems easy to miss things like contract renewals or pending vendor documents.
I came across Vendor Management Software as one possible way to keep everything organized in one place. It can help with things like vendor onboarding, supplier records, document tracking, performance monitoring, and communication.
For those who already use a vendor management system, what features do you find most useful? Is it mainly the centralized vendor information, performance tracking, automation, or integration with purchasing and ERP systems?
