Tadalista 60 mg is marketed as a tadalafil-based product for erectile dysfunction (ED). It should not be taken daily unless specifically prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional. For ED, tadalafil is generally available as either an as-needed treatment or a lower-dose once-daily treatment.
TADALISTA 60 MG dose is substantially higher than the usual recommended tadalafil doses for ED. For as-needed use, the usual maximum recommended dose is 20 mg once daily. Taking 60 mg every day can significantly increase the risk of adverse effects without necessarily providing greater benefits.
Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It does not automatically cause an erection and does not increase sexual desire. Because tadalafil can remain active in the body for a relatively long period, taking additional doses too soon can lead to excessive exposure.
Common side effects include headache, indigestion, facial flushing, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches, and dizziness. Seek urgent medical attention for an erection lasting more than four hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, fainting, or severe chest pain.
Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide because this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
If you have Tadalista 60 mg, speak with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Do not split, repeat, or adjust the dose independently. A healthcare professional can determine whether tadalafil is appropriate and recommend a safer, evidence-based dosage schedule.
