Fildena Super Active can potentially cause sleep problems, although this isn't one of the most common effects. Fildena contains sildenafil, and insomnia/trouble sleeping has been reported with sildenafil; some people can also experience sleepiness or unusual dreams. D DailyMed +1 If you noticed difficulty falling asleep or waking repeatedly after taking it, the medicine could be contributing—particularly if the problem consistently occurs on nights you take it. A few practical points: Avoid taking extra doses to compensate for reduced effect. Avoid Fildena Super Activeit with other PDE-5 inhibitors. If you're taking it late at night and experiencing insomnia, discuss the timing/dose with a doctor or pharmacist rather than changing the dose yourself. Seek urgent care for chest pain, fainting, sudden vision/hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
