I've been paying more attention lately to how different sensory things affect my comfort at home. I use a headset fairly often for calls and listening to audio, but after longer sessions I've occasionally noticed dizziness or a strange off-balance feeling. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar, especially if you've had what could be described as a Headset-Related Vestibular Injury.

I'm also curious whether taking regular breaks, lowering the volume, changing the headset style, or simply spending some quiet time away from screens and audio makes a noticeable difference. Since people here also discuss fragrances and aromatherapy, I'm interested in whether creating a calmer environment helps with that general sense of sensory discomfort. Has anyone else noticed a connection between prolonged headset use and feeling unsteady?
