Fildena 25 mg (sildenafil) can cause muscle aches or pain, although it is not one of the most common side effects. Sildenafil can sometimes cause myalgia (muscle pain), and related effects such as back pain or limb pain have also been reported. The risk generally isn't strongly dose-dependent, so it can occur even at 25 mg. If the pain is mild and begins after taking Fildena, it may resolve as the medicine wears off. However, severe or persistent muscle pain, muscle weakness Fildena 25 mg dark urine, or pain accompanied by chest symptoms should be medically evaluated. Also, if you're taking Fildena together with tadalafil (Tadasoft/Tadarise) or other PDE-5 inhibitors, don't do so without medical advice—the combination can increase adverse effects, including low blood pressure and dizziness.
