Quick win to share. Our membership has 6 golf courts and a small number of party exercise rooms, and for decades arrangement was generally controlled disorder, dual bookings, team manually balancing a provided schedule, members arriving to find their position given away. It was a consistent source of complaints.
We transferred to an AI Club Management System last spring mostly to correct that one specific headache, and it's genuinely been night and day. It talks about real need habits and implies booking slots instantly, and situations just don't occur anymore because the machine catches them before proof instead of after someone's currently shown up annoyed. Staff isn't manually cross-checking a spreadsheet fifteen times each day anymore either.
Took probably two weeks for members to completely get accustomed to the brand new booking flow, a couple of the regulars grumbled about "the old way" being simpler, however the problems dried up fast after people understood it actually worked better.
Interested if other people repaired a certain working headache similar to this rather than trying to change every thing at once. Feels as though beginning slim was the right demand people instead of seeking to correct arrangement, billing, and interaction all in one single go.
