Modula 5 mg contains tadalafil 5 mg and is a prescription medicine used for erectile dysfunction and, in some cases, enlarged-prostate symptoms (BPH). The person who should determine whether it is suitable is a doctor—typically your primary-care doctor, urologist, or another qualified prescriber. Before prescribing it, they can review your medical history, heart health, blood pressure, kidney/liver function, and other medicines. In particular, medical review is important if you: Modula 5 Mg heart disease or have been told sexual activity is unsafe. Take nitrates such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide—tadalafil must not be combined with them. Take alpha-blockers or several blood-pressure medicines. Have significant kidney or liver disease. Have recently had a heart attack or stroke, unstable angina, significant heart failure, or uncontrolled blood pressure. For frequent ED treatment, 5 mg once daily can be an appropriate tadalafil regimen for some men, but the decision should be individualized and periodically reassessed. If you tell me your age, heart/BP history, and current medicines, I can explain what a doctor would typically check before approving Modula 5 mg.
