Vigora 50 mg contains sildenafil 50 mg, and its primary approved use is erectile dysfunction (ED), not premature ejaculation (PE). Sildenafil may sometimes help a man with PE when he also has ED, because improving erection quality can indirectly improve sexual control and confidence. However, it isn't generally the first-choice medicine specifically for PE. Vigora 50 mgl European guidelines recommend dapoxetine or a lidocaine/prilocaine spray as first-line options for lifelong PE. If you have both ED and PE, a doctor may consider sildenafil together with an appropriate PE treatment. Don't add dapoxetine or another ED medicine on your own because combinations can cause dizziness or low blood pressure. If you tell me whether your main problem is (1) ejaculating too quickly, (2) difficulty getting/keeping an erection, or (3) both, I can explain which treatment is generally more appropriate.
