Silagra 100 mg contains sildenafil, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Older adults can use sildenafil when ED is present and a doctor determines that it is safe for them. For adults over 65, U.S. prescribing information recommends considering a starting dose of 25 mg, because sildenafil can remain in the body longer and produce higher blood levels in older adults.
