Tadalis SX 20 mg contains tadalafil 20 mg, and tadalafil can work for mild ED as well as more significant ED. However, 20 mg is not usually the starting dose for occasional (“as-needed”) use. For most men, the recommended starting dose is 10 mg, which can be reduced to 5 mg or increased to 20 mg depending on effectiveness and side effects. It should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. Tadalafil can improve erectile function for up to 36 hours after a dose. D DailyMed +1 So, if your Tadalis SX 20 Mg is mild, 20 mg may be more than you need. A lower dose may provide the desired effect with fewer side effects such as headache, flushing, indigestion, back pain, or dizziness. Important: Don't use tadalafil with nitrate medicines (e.g., nitroglycerin/isosorbide), and don't combine it with Suhagra/sildenafil or other tadalafil products unless your doctor specifically advises it. D DailyMed If you tell me your age and whether your ED is occasional or happens almost every time, I can explain whether 5, 10, or 20 mg is generally the more appropriate dose.
