We’ve been discussing outsourced data entry services and what makes the process work well. At 247Digitize, we think clear instructions are one of the most important starting points. If formatting, deadlines, validation rules, or exceptions aren’t explained properly, even accurate work can require unnecessary revisions.
Communication also seems important throughout the project. Requirements can change, and everyone needs to know when they do.
For those who have used outsourced support, what worked particularly well? What problems appeared during the early stages? Would you outsource an entire workflow or only repetitive parts of it?
