Malegra FXT Plus is suitable. If it contains sildenafil + dapoxetine, it may be prescribed to adult men with both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, but it isn't intended simply to enhance sexual performance in healthy younger men. For a younger adult, a clinician should consider: Whether you actually have ED and/or premature ejaculation. Heart and blood-pressure problems and other medicines you're taking. Whether you're taking nitrates or other ED medicines— Malegra FXT Plus combinations can be dangerous. Dapoxetine-specific risks such as dizziness, fainting, and interactions with antidepressants or other serotonergic medicines.
