Vilitra 60 mg is not a standard or recommended dose. The usual maximum recommended vardenafil dose for ED is 20 mg once daily. Taking 60 mg does not necessarily produce a better erection and can increase the risk of side effects such as severe headache, dizziness, low blood pressure, vision changes, and potentially Vilitra 60 Mg /painful erection (priapism). Do not combine it with Viagra/sildenafil, tadalafil, or nitrate medicines. If you have already taken 60 mg and develop chest pain, fainting, severe vision changes, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek emergency medical care. If you tell me whether you're considering Vilitra 60 instead of Viagra 100 mg, I can compare the two.
