Cenforce 150 mg (sildenafil), there isn't a reliable “wait X hours” rule after drinking alcohol. Alcohol and sildenafil can both lower blood pressure, so combining them can increase dizziness, fainting, headache, and a drop in blood pressure, and heavy drinking can also make sildenafil less effective. Because 150 mg is higher than the usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose of 100 mg, I would not recommend taking Cenforce 150 after drinking, especially after heavy alcohol use. If you've had only a small amount of alcohol, the safest approach is still to wait until you're fully sober and no longer feeling the effects of alcohol, rather than relying on a fixed number of hours. If you tell me how much alcohol you drank, what time you finished, and whether you take any heart/BP medicines, I can give you a more specific safety assessment.
