Silditop 100 mg contains sildenafil, and sildenafil has a dangerous interaction with nitrates. The combination is contraindicated because it can cause a potentially severe, sudden drop in blood pressure. D DailyMed +1 Nitrates include medicines such as: Nitroglycerin (GTN) — tablets, spray, or patches Isosorbide mononitrate Isosorbide dinitrate Recreational “Silditop 100 ” containing nitrites Do not take Silditop if you use nitrates, even if you use them only occasionally. The official prescribing information also notes that it is uncertain exactly when nitrates can safely be given after sildenafil. D DailyMed If you've already taken Silditop 100 and then developed chest pain, tell emergency medical staff that you took sildenafil and do not take nitroglycerin yourself. If you tell me the name of your nitrate medicine and when you last took it, I can explain the interaction specifically.
