Vidalista (tadalafil) is safest, there isn't one strength that's universally safest—it depends on your health and other medicines. For erectile dysfunction, tadalafil is commonly available as: 5 mg — often used once daily. 10 mg — a common starting as-needed dose. 20 mg — higher as-needed dose when 10 mg isn't sufficient and is tolerated. The FDA-approved Cialis Vidalista recommends 10 mg initially as needed, with adjustment to 5 or 20 mg. F FDA Access Data Don't choose 20 mg simply because it's stronger. Tadalafil can remain effective for up to 36 hours, and taking more than recommended increases the risk of side effects.
