We’ve noticed that people often concentrate on visual design when they build your estore, but there are several practical details that deserve attention as well. We need to decide how products will be categorized, what information customers need, and how visitors will move from browsing to ordering. During our experience with Wstores, we’ve learned that making everything look attractive is not enough if customers struggle to find what they want. We’ve started giving more attention to navigation and product information before worrying about small design details. This approach has helped us think about the store from the customer’s point of view instead of only focusing on how it looks to us.
What did you prioritize when you decided to build your estore? Which part of store planning do you think beginners commonly overlook?
