**Do Online Reviews Really Make a Difference to a Business?**
I’ve been wondering how much online reviews actually influence people when they’re deciding whether to use a business.
Personally, I usually check Google reviews before trying a new restaurant, service provider, or local business. A few negative reviews don’t necessarily put me off, but when there are repeated complaints or the business never responds, it definitely makes me think twice.
I also think managing reviews is more than simply trying to get positive ratings. Businesses need to monitor what customers are saying, respond to genuine concerns, identify common issues, and make sure customers feel heard.
For anyone interested in how businesses can approach this systematically, I recently came across this resource on review management Agency (Value4Brand). It covers some of the ways businesses can monitor and manage customer feedback online.
How does everyone here deal with negative reviews? Do you respond to every review, or only when there is a specific issue that needs addressing?
