I have to write an essay on law shortly but keep being told by everyone that my analysis is purely descriptive. In theory, I know everything that I need to know, but every time I start writing the essay, I just describe cases rather than analyze them.
Don't know how to deal with this problem except trying to guess what "being critical" should mean. Is there any Law Essay Help where one can learn to make an argument?
