Running a small handmade business can involve much more than creating and selling products. Keeping track of customer inquiries, orders, follow-ups, repeat customers, and important contact details can become difficult when everything is managed through notes or spreadsheets.
I’m curious how other small-business owners handle this. Do you use a simple customer management tool, spreadsheets, or a dedicated CRM? For a growing business, I think finding the best CRM system for small business can make customer follow-ups and organization much easier without adding unnecessary complexity.
What system or method has worked best for you, especially if you run a small craft, handmade, or home-based business?
