Vigora oral jelly containing sildenafil, the lower-strength version generally causes fewer side effects than 100 mg. 25 mg sildenafil: usually the lowest side-effect risk, but may be less effective. 50 mg: the usual starting dose for ED and often a good balance between effectiveness and tolerability. 100 mg: more likely to cause headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion and visual symptoms. Clinical data show several of these effects increase with dose. D DailyMed +1 The Vigora Oral Jelly jellies I found currently contain 100 mg sildenafil, including the banana-flavoured version. A Apollo Pharmacy +1 So, if your goal is fewer side effects, I'd generally favor sildenafil 50 mg (or 25 mg if appropriate) rather than a 100 mg jelly. Don't combine it with tadalafil (Forzest) or vardenafil (Zhewitra), and never use sildenafil with nitrate medicines. If you tell me your age, whether you've used Zhewitra 40 mg/Forzest 20 mg recently, and what side effect you're trying to avoid, I can suggest the safer option.
