Super Tadarise is marketed as a combination of tadalafil and dapoxetine. Tadalafil is used for erectile dysfunction (ED), while dapoxetine may be prescribed for premature ejaculation (PE). Because both medicines can have effects that overlap with alcohol, combining them is not recommended.
Alcohol and tadalafil can both relax blood vessels. Drinking substantial amounts of alcohol while taking tadalafil may increase the risk of low blood pressure, dizziness, headache, increased heart rate, and light-headedness, particularly when standing up.
Dapoxetine presents an additional concern. Official product information advises avoiding alcohol, because the combination can increase dizziness, drowsiness, impaired alertness, slowed reactions, and the risk of fainting.
Alcohol can also independently make erections more difficult to achieve or maintain, potentially reducing the effectiveness you expect from tadalafil.
Therefore, the safest approach is to avoid alcohol while taking Super Tadarise, particularly heavy drinking. Do not take additional ED medicines to compensate for reduced effectiveness.
If you develop severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or an erection lasting more than four hours, seek urgent medical attention. Also, never combine tadalafil with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin because this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.
