Vilitra (vardenafil), it can be safe for many adults when prescribed appropriately, but it isn't suitable for everyone. Do not take it with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide; the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Avoid combining it with other erectile-dysfunction medicines such as sildenafil (Cenforce/Fildena) or tadalafil Vilitra unless a clinician specifically tells you to. Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, and sometimes visual changes. Seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. If you tell me your Vilitra strength (e.g., 10 or 20 mg) and any medicines you take, I can explain the main safety concerns.
