Vriligy 60 mg contains dapoxetine 60 mg, used for premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. Dosage adjustments are generally based on response and side effects rather than increasing beyond the approved maximum dose. Common dosage adjustment rules: Starting dose: Dapoxetine is usually started at 30 mg, taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity when prescribed. Increase to 60 mg: A doctor may consider 60 mg only if 30 mg is not effective and side effects are acceptable. Do not Vriligy 60mg irectly with 60 mg unless specifically directed by a healthcare professional. Maximum frequency: Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Dose should not be increased to 60 mg if: You had dizziness, fainting, or other significant side effects on 30 mg. You have conditions or take medicines that increase dapoxetine levels or side-effect risk (for example, certain interacting medicines). Reassessment: Doctors commonly review whether the medicine is still beneficial after an initial trial period (such as after several doses) and reassess the benefit–risk balance. If you tell me your age, whether you are currently on Vriligy 60 mg or considering switching from 30 mg, and any other medicines you take, I can explain what factors usually affect the decision.
